The Miss Menahga/Little Miss pageant is on for our Midsummer Days celebration this July!!! We are so excited and have been busy putting the pieces together for this fun night! Be on the look out for more information!
CONTESTANTS WANTED! We are looking for contestants who are looking to take part in this awesome opportunity! Miss Menahga - current 10th and 11th graders, Little Miss Menahga- current 1st and 2nd graders; please contact Gloria at (507) 440-3922.
This is scholarship pageant, with prize money for Miss Menahga $350, 1st Princess $250, and2nd Princess $150.
Location: Race starts at 1st Street SE and Elm Avenue in Menahga
Divisions: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Awards: Awards for overall winners and the top 3 in each division.
Race shirts guaranteed to those who want one if registered by July 2nd! Option to upgrade to a Tech shirt for $2 also available if registered by July 2nd! After July 2nd, ONLY 50/50 shirts available on race day while supplies last.

This year’s Art & Craft Fair will be held in the Menahga High School commons area (south entrance of the school). If you are interested in having a booth, please email KrisENorman291@myself.com or callKris Norman at (507) 626-0200 for more information. Registration forms can be picked up at Jan's Hair Attitude or downloaded through the link below. One small table will be provided per booth space.

The Grand Parade will be held on Saturday evening. You are cordially invited to participate in this year’s parade on Saturday, July 8th, 2023, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., from the east end of Main Street. The parade runs east to west on Main Street for nine blocks from Fern Avenue to Fir Avenue. THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE FOR OUR PARADE!
Below you will find the parade entry form. If you or your organization is planning to enter a unit in the parade, please fill out the form and return it either to: Liz Olson at lizolson@wcta.net; or by mail to Midsummer Parade 2023, c/o Liz Olson, 528 2nd St SE, Menahga, MN 56464, as soon as possible. It is necessary that you provide on the line entitled, "Type of Unit," the vehicles being used for your entry, i.e., pickup truck and 8' float, etc. If you are aware of others who would like to participate in our Parade, please feel free to pass on this information as well.
All entries must enter the line-up area from the south, at the (East side of the Menahga School) High School parking lot on or before 6:30 p.m. It is located one block east of the St. Urho Statue on Highway 71. Parade officials will be able to direct you to your spot in the line-up from that area.
The deadline for all entries will be Friday June 16th, 2023, but your earliest attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated to get started on the line-up. Late entries will be added to the end of the line-up in the order in which they are received.
