Light Up Menahga Contest Winners 2016

The results are in for the 10th annual "Light Up Menahga” contest, sponsored by the Menahga Civic and Commerce Association.

Taking first place in our residential catagory with their breath taking Christmas light display were Eli and Diana Jettmann.

Second place - Jason and Kelly Haugen

Third place - Dan Koskie.

Our commercial winners were, in first place, Green Pine Acres

Second place - The Cottage House

Third place - Rock, Paper, Scissors

Judging was based on creativity, presentation and visual impact. The prize for 1st place is $150; 2nd Place – $100.00; and 3rd Place – $50.00. The light displays were absolutely spectacular,
making judging quite exciting but difficult.

Everyone did a fantastic job. We would like to thank all of our participants this year who decorated and made this event a huge success! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!
